Terms & Conditions of Rental

Acceptance & Confirmation of your Booking is subject to the following conditions:

Persons will be asked to pay 100% rental cost in advance to secure their booking. Booking confirmation will be issued to you on receipt of payment.

Our rates are based on a seven-night stay. This does not include electricity and heat. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure and a charge will be applied on the units used. This will be calculated at the current Energia rate.

Sleeping Capacity of the Apartment:
The total number of tenants staying in each apartment / house must not exceed the maximum capacity. This is an insurance requirement. As the capacity in each apartment may vary, it is important that you check with Crescent Court in advance, to ensure that you do not exceed the limit. This is also stated on the website when booking the property.

Arrival & Departure Times:
Check in time will be from 4.30pm to 7pm on day of arrival, check out time is before 11am. These times must be strictly adhered to. In the event that you are unable to arrive or depart at the specified time, please make contact with us so we can make arrangements  for you. Late arrivals must be notified to us in advance.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €125 is required for each apartment and €125 for each townhouse on arrival. If there is no damage, the security deposit will be fully refunded to you upon your departure. In the event of damage to the property or its contents the security deposit will not be refunded. This deposit will be refunded on departure once the owner is satisfied that the terms & conditions have been complied with. Cleaning is included in the rental of the apartment, but failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, may also result in the loss of the security deposit.

Care for the accommodation:

When you rent the property you are responsible for:
1) for all deterioration of the property and its contents caused by you or by a member of your group or by one of your guests. You are also responsible for all damages sustained by a third party and which result from an act committed by you or by a member of your group or by a guest invited by you or a member of your group.
2) for the state of cleanliness of the property at the end of your stay. Any violation on your part or on the part of a member of your group can lead to a deduction of your security deposit and even additional costs if the deterioration exceeds the amount of your security deposit.

Crescent court  strongly recommends that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges. The apartments and their contents are insured by Crescent Court. However, you may wish to take out insurance for your personnel belongings.

In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation, the following charges will apply:
1.More than eight weeks from arrival date: you will be refunded all monies paid less bank charges.
2.Within eight weeks from arrival date: you will forfeit 50% of the apartment rental cost.
3.Within one week of rental commencement: you will forfeit 100% of the apartment rental cost.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Bed Linen:
Rates include towel per person and linen per bed .

Should the behaviour or conduct of the clients during a holiday is likely to present a health and safety issue Crescent Court reserves the right to terminate this contract

Crescent Court shall not be liable for any damages, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay.

Pets & Equipment:
Pets shall not be permitted within Crescent Court with the exception of Guide Dogs.

Document required upon your arrival:
A copy of a passport or driving license for the National of the European Union or a copy of the Passport for the other countries.

Right to Decline:
Crescent Court reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of payment. In addition, Crescent Court is relieved of all liability should reserved accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. If this unforeseen event should happen, alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation or a full refund will be offered. However, no refund or liability will apply to a situation where a client is requested to vacate, or leaves of their own accord, prior to the expiration of their booking.

Special Requests:
Requests for cots, highchairs etc must be made in the comments box of the booking form.
